I love a challenge, and making hinges on this scale is just that- challenging! But so much fun and the result is this darling little pendant!
This fine silver pendant is etched with an Eastern Swallowtail texture, taking from a butterfly that died in my hand. A particularly special piece to me. 24k gold is then applied using an ancient technique called "keum bo". The pendant measures just about 1" long and about 3/4" wide
