We're living in strange times. A global pandemic. It's scary and surreal.

I notice the rise and fall of my husband's chest as he sleeps next to me and know that for another day, we're both healthy. That's a good moment.
I feel the sun on my face, I feel the muscles in my legs as I run, my inhale and exhale, labored through effort but not through illness. Another good moment.

"We are not living in eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand, melting like a snowflake" ~Sir Francis Bacon.
